This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are eager to explore growth marketing, AI tools, and data analysis while being guided by senior team members.
Tasks
- AI Tool Support: Assist in researching new AI tools, summarizing capabilities, and documenting trial outcomes.
- Campaign Execution Assistance: Support the implementation of digital campaigns across selected channels under supervision.
- Content Preparation: Help in drafting social media posts, email marketing content, and basic ad copy.
- Performance Monitoring: Collect data and assist in compiling campaign performance reports.
- Team Collaboration: Join planning meetings and help ensure all marketing materials are aligned with strategy.
- CRM Tasks: Help maintain data hygiene in the CRM, and update customer records with guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic SEO).
- Eagerness to learn about AI tools and their application in marketing.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
- Bonus: Basic familiarity with HTML, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
