Inbound Hunters are looking for a Junior SEO Analyst to join their SEO team. As a Junior SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, and driving the SEO strategy of our clients in collaboration with the Head of SEO.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop client keyword strategies, keeping in mind best practices for SEO

– Audit and monitor client websites to bring up to current usability and SEO standards, including META tag and content optimization reviews for clients

– Conduct competitive analysis to develop/refine keyword strategy

– Research keyword phrases to identify the most beneficial opportunities for targeting and content creation

-Data Analysis. We have a data-driven approach when it comes to making decisions and taking actions. You will be responsible for developing and analyzing dashboards, tracking KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (e.g. CAC, ROI) and always looking for ways to optimize campaigns such as testing creatives, incrementality and scaling methods

– Prioritize keywords and create a strategy to rank and position them.

– Using SEO tools such as Google Console/Analytics, AHREF, SEMrush, etc.

– Create and maintain SEO project timelines and results

– Stay up-to-date on latest algorithm updates, industry trends, and news

– Working with our internal resources to prepare, plan, and execute link building and content marketing strategies.

– Collaborate with content and PR team to help identify opportunities to create, distribute, and promote web content.

– Outreach and link building, including sponsorships, educational articles, blogs, etc.

– Set up and execute standardized SEO reporting (weekly/monthly) and perform ad-hoc SEO analysis (as-needed) to measure the impact of SEO projects

– Communicate SEO strategy/recommendations and report on organic website performance to Account Managers/Supervisors and clients

Skills/Qualifications:

– At least 1 year of experience in SEO and/or digital marketing

–Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing or another relevant field

– Using SEO tools such as Google Console/Analytics, AHREF, SEMrush, etc.

– Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot, is a plus

– Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and/or Drupal is a plus

– Experience with Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio is a plus

– Strong analytical thinking;

– Experience using Google Search Console experience (Webmaster Tools) and Google Analytics

– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and willingness to keep up to date

– Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (Project management experience is a strong plus)

– Self-starter approach to work and is eager to take on additional responsibility

– Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
