Junior Performance Marketing
Inbound Hunters is looking for a data driven, performance marketing junior to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:
-Develop and execute marketing campaigns, primarily focused on acquisition and activation strategies.
-Work closely with the Head of Performance to develop advanced campaigns.
-Manage budgets in line with strategy in order to ensure that monthly goal trasncations and spend are met.
-Daily monitoring to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and optimization to increase the campaigns’ goals.
-Create and manage the development of promotional campaigns Social & Google Ads.
-Conduct A/B (and segmentation) tests that enhance marketing effectiveness to identify the best marketing practices within each customer life cycle segment.
-Develop internal repot
Requirements
-Have 1+ years of hands on experience in developing and executing (paid) marketing acquisition campaigns.
-Get energy of boosting the output, reach and efficiency of our acquisition campaigns.
-Have a data driven mindset and able to scalable processes to optimize your campaigns based on ROI.
Possess strong communication skills.
-Critical Thinking. Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
-Proficient with tools data tools like data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and FB ads manager.
-Having a proven track record of successfully build a large customer base through online marketing
-Fluent in English (written and verbal) .
– Ability to setup and implement new PPC accounts
